Previous roles include senior engineer in the Technology Department of Bank of China and business analyst at Hi Sun. Areas of expertise include general ledger systems, internal accounting, and shared banking functions, supported by extensive experience with mainframe technologies.
Liu Jinhua has nearly 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds a master’s degree in computer technology from Tsinghua University. Project experience includes Bank of Communications’ head-office systems centralization program, Bank of China’s core banking system, consulting for Bank of Suzhou’s next-generation core banking system, and consulting for Bank of Jiujiang’s digital finance platform. This experience spans core banking system development, architecture upgrades, and business consulting.
Ma Yue has more than 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds a master’s degree in computer science and technology from Harbin Institute of Technology. Previous employers include Jingyue Computer, Siemens, NCR, FNS, and TCS. Ma Yue specializes in banking IT project management, business analysis, and architecture planning for core banking systems. Functional expertise covers business analysis and solution design for deposits, payments, shared banking functions, general ledger, teller operations, and lending.
He Haoling has nearly 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer software from Sun Yat-sen University, along with two MBA degrees—one from the University of Hong Kong and the other from Peking University. Previous roles include positions in the Technology Department of Bank of China, General Manager at Hi Sun, and Chief Technology Officer at 9F Group. Areas of expertise include deposits, digital lending, and payments, together with mainframe technologies and cloud architectures based on microservices. This background also includes an in-depth understanding of building applications on the cloud.
Zhong Yanhui has more than 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer software from Sun Yat-sen University. Previous experience includes roles in the technology departments of Bank of China and China Resources Bank, as well as at Hi Sun. Zhong Yanhui brings extensive practical experience in core banking system implementation, business consulting, and acceptance testing, with domain expertise in deposits, customer management, general ledger, and shared banking functions.
Qin Zhimin has nearly 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer software from Wuyi University. Previous experience includes roles in the Technology Department of Bank of China and as Deputy General Manager of Hi Sun’s Technology Center. As an experienced project director and architect, Qin Zhimin brings a comprehensive understanding of core banking product design, architecture planning, implementation, and operations and maintenance. Technical expertise spans mainframe technologies and cloud architectures based on microservices.
Liu Zihuang has nearly 20 years of experience in financial technology and holds a master’s degree from Sun Yat-sen University. Previous experience includes software research and development in the Technology Department of Agricultural Bank of China and its Guangzhou Software Development Center. Project responsibilities have included core banking platforms for savings and corporate banking, mainframe core systems, data centralization, integrated front-end processing systems on RS/6000 servers, fee-based banking systems, data warehouses, business performance and management analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Xing Xing has 17 years of experience in financial technology and holds a master’s degree in finance and information technology from Keele University in the United Kingdom. Previous employers include Freeborders Software Development (Shenzhen), Digital China Group, and IBM. Xing Xing brings extensive experience in innovative banking products and digital financial services, covering product design, development, and innovation. Specialist areas include payments, direct banking, and the digital renminbi (e-CNY), with experience helping banking clients successfully launch multiple financial products.
Tang Li has nearly 30 years of experience in financial technology and holds an MBA from Beijing Jiaotong University. This background includes 22 years at the head office of Agricultural Bank of China, as well as roles as Deputy Head of its Wenzhou Branch and as Chief Technology Officer and Executive President at Beijing Yingan Technology. Technical expertise spans the reengineering of general-purpose database platforms, foundational communications platforms, compilers, and standalone blockchain platforms.
Zhang Jun has nearly 17 years of experience in financial technology and studied e-commerce at Beijing Normal University. Previous roles include technical platform architect for Bank of Communications’ overseas core banking replatforming program, architect for Huawei’s overseas payments platform, and technical platform architect for Shunde Rural Commercial Bank’s NGDB project. Zhang Jun also served as a technical specialist on Postal Savings Bank of China’s next-generation core banking technology platform project. This experience spans architecture for banking, financial services, and internet applications, as well as the development of technology platforms using cloud architectures based on microservices.
Sun Lianghao has more than 12 years of experience in financial technology and studied electronic information engineering at Shenzhen University. Areas of expertise include software test project planning and management, together with requirements analysis for banking channels, payments, and treasury operations. Sun Lianghao has provided test management and business consulting services to banks in mainland China and Hong Kong, including China Construction Bank (Asia), China CITIC Bank International, Ping An Bank, Chiyu Bank, and Fusion Bank, earning positive client feedback.
